Are all products autographed?

Most but not all of our products are autographed.   While we do our best to get the artists to autograph their products we may run out of signed copies of any product from time to time.  It's not always possible to arrange for more signed copies at short notice.  

All of the products that are currently available with autographs are displayed with a very prominent 'AUTOGRAPHED!' strap in red on their image on the site.  'Autographed' will also be listed as one of the attributes in the product detail page.   If this is missing then the product is not autographed.   If such a product is included in your basket we will process your order with an un-signed copy.  We do not charge any extra for autographed copies.

If there is a product you're interested in but it's not autographed don't be disheartened!   Drop us a line at info@comedyshop.ie and we'll let you know when a signed copy should become available.   

Can I change my choice of shipping option after confirming my order?

Yes, provided we haven't already shipped it.   You can reply to your order confirmation email from sales@comedyshop.ie or email us directly at info@comedyshop.ie quoting your order number and let us know what shipping option you would prefer to change to and we will change it.   We will then adjust your invoice total accordingly.   Because the charge to your card is not processed until orders have been physically posted you will see only one transaction on your card statement for the corrected amount.  

Note: if you change from a cheaper to a more expensive postal option we may need to contact you directly to process the increased payment.

Can I order without registering on the site?

No, you must register on the site before you can place an order.  Registration includes accepting our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which is why you need to register first.   You can change your account preferences and information after logging in - this includes unsubscribing / subscribing to any Newsletters that we send out, changing your bililng or delivery address, passwords, etc

If I sign up for the Updates will I be bombarded by emails?

Absolutely not!  We expect to send email updates to our members at most four times a year.   Any correspondence with us will have an unsubscribe link included in it and you can also login at any time to change your preference re whether to receive our updates or not.

What is your returns policy?

There is a 7 day 'cooling off' period for all online orders so you have 7 days from receipt of your order to return the goods for a full refund provided they are undamaged and have any packaging and our comedyshop.ie seal intact.   The cost of returning goods rests with you, the customer.   Should you want to return goods please contact us at info@comedyshop.ie so that we can issue you with a return ID number and advise you how best to proceed.

Note: For Christmas orders the returns period has been extended to January 25 to allow for postage delays and non-working days over the Christmas period.  This applies to all orders placed in December 2009.
