Below you will find the details of the postal options open to you, how they are calculated and expected delivery times.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE CURRENT DISRUPTION TO ALL FLIGHTS LEAVING IRELAND DELIVERIES TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN IRELAND AND THE UK WILL BE SEVERELY DISRUPTED.    DELIVERIES WITHIN IRELAND ARE NOT AFFECTED AND DELIVERIES TO MAINLAND UK WILL SUFFER MINIMAL DISRUPTION.

We strongly recommend using Shipping Options 2, 3 or 4 as these will generate a Track and Trace number which will help you track your order.   The default shipping option is Option 1 which is Standard Post.   Express post (Option 3) is available only within Ireland at a similar cost to Registered Post (Option 2) which is available worldwide.  Courier Post (option 4) is available if time is of the essence.

Both Options 2 and 3 generate a Track and Trace number with An Post which can be used to track your delivery online or by phone directly with An Post.  These options also include some insurance for your items while in transit.

Option 1 is Standard post and while cheapest it does not have a Track and Trace facility.  We cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or are delayed in the post so this option should only be chosen if you are happy to accept those risks.  By selecting Option 1 you accept all responsibility for safe delivery of your items to their destination after they leave our warehouse. 

Option 4 is Courier post and delivery commitments vary from country to country.  If in doubt please contact us or go to www.anpost.ie for more details.

To help ensure prompt delivery of your order we recommend using Shipping option 2, 3 or 4 and a business hours work address - if a work address cannot be used please use one where you will be present to accept and sign for your delivery.

Who Ships My Order?

We use An Post to ship all orders. On occasion, if you choose Options 2, 3 or 4 An Post may not use your regular postman to deliver your order as it is their courier service. Delivery times are between 9am - 5pm. Please note, as we do not deliver the orders ourselves we cannot honour any special delivery requests.

Shipping Option 1

By choosing Shipping Option 1 we will endeavour to ship your order to you within 5 working days.  Please note there is no facility to trace your package using this option.  For this reason we recommend that you use Shipping option 2, 3 or 4 depending on your address so that we can mail you a Track and Trace number for you to check delivery progress online.   We cannot accept responsibility for packages that do not arrive or are damaged in transit when Shipping Option 1 is selected.

Shipping Option 2

By choosing Shipping Option 2 we endeavour to ship your order to you within 1-2 working days. Please note, orders outside the Rep Of Ireland are handed over to the relevant postal service for each country and therefore we cannot control any delay experienced as a result

By choosing Shipping Option 3 we endeavour to ship your order to you within 2 working days. In the event of an item from your order being out of stock we will contact you by email and let you know.

Shipping Option 4

• Courier Post, IRELAND, UK, EUROPE & REST OF WORLD

By choosing Shipping Option 4 we endeavour to ship your order to you within 2 working days. How Do I Know When My Order Has Been Shipped?

Once we have shipped your order you will receive an automated email to the email address you provided on your registration form.   You should expect to receive your shipping confirmation within 1-2 working days of this (Republic of Ireland Only).  If you do not receive it within this timeframe please contact us directly so that we can track your order for you.
 
What happens if I am not there to sign for my order?

All orders must be signed for by the recipient.  In the event that you are not present to accept delivery an attempted delivery docket will be left (please check through any junk mail you may receive). Your order will be brought to your local sorting office and held for collection for 7 days.  If it is not collected within this time period it will be returned to us (please note that this may take a number of weeks to come back) and you will be notified by email.  Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you.
